Challenge
Customer stated he was interested in getting a crawl space rejuvenation! He was having some water damage.
Solution
When our crew arrived on the scene, it was easily determined that we needed to act fast to get rid of the moisture and keep it out for good. We installed three products for this job. First, our CleanSpace Encapsulation system, followed by our Drainage Matting and our SaniDry Sedona.
The CleanSpace Encapsulation System is designed to completely isolate your home from the earth. This dramatically reduces the humidity level in the air which, when combined with sealing outside air and de-humidification will eliminate mold growth and rot from your crawl space making the whole house healthier. Added the drainage matting creates a drainage space under your CleanSpace for water to flow beneath.
The final product we installed was our SaniDry Sedona, which eliminates damp, musty odors in your basement or crawl space by drying and filtering the air! Mold and mildew are musty smelling fungi that thrives in moist conditions. Dust mite fecal matter is the #1 indoor allergen.
