Our customers know the value of a healthy crawl space. When this customer realized their mother's home needed work, they knew just who to call! They had noticed some mold and moisture in her crawl space and wanted to take care of it as soon as possible. Craigen, one of our Design Specialists, visited with the homeowners and inspected the crawl space. He designed a solution that eliminated the moisture and mold and would prevent it from happening in the future, making everyone happy.

Jordan and his crew began by removing debris, then grading and prepping the crawl space. The piers were wrapped with Wallie, a 12-mil thick liner designed to prevent condensation on masonry, and the Drainage Matting was installed as a thermal break. Our CleanSpace Liner sits above the Drainage Matting, isolating the home from the earth and WallCaps were installed over the tops of the block walls to prevent outside air from entering the crawl space. The SaniDry XP removes moisture from the air at a rate of up to 109 pints per day. This encapsulation system will keep this home dry and mold free for years to come!
