Roland Crawl Space Encapsulation

A resident of Roland contacted CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for assistance. He noticed his floors were starting to buckle, the walls were cracking, and he could feel moisture in the air in his home. We were more than happy to come out and inspect his crawl space and help him find a solution to his problems. 

This crawl space needed a complete encapsulation to protect the home from the damaging effects of moisture. Justin and his crew started by removing debris and grading the crawl space. They removed all the batted insulation and installed Vent Seals to block outside air from entering the crawl space. A thermal break comes in the form of our Drainage Matting, increasing durability and providing puncture resistance. Isolating the home from the earth completely is our CleanSpace Liner. This liner is 20-mils thick and is tear resistant, almost like a pool liner.  A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was added, not only removing humidity, but helping the homeowner save on his electricity costs over the years.
