This basement was getting wet when it would rain. This happens because either the walls and foundation are not one piece, or the water is coming in through the porous block walls.

WaterGuard runs the perimeter of the basement, draining the water into the SuperSump before it can enter the basement.

TrenchDrain allows water to be drained directly into the WaterGuard Drainage System and then to the SuperSump.
