Basement Waterproofing in North Little Rock
Challenge
This new homeowner in North Little Rock called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas wanting to use her basement without ruining her belongings. Craigen, one of our Design Specialists, inspected the basement and then visited with her about her concerns. After their visit, she decided to have our team install the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, CleanSpace Wall, the SuperSump Sump Pump, and a SmartSump Sump Pump.
Solution
Justin and his team went to work, jackhammering the concrete floor to install the WaterGuard Basement Water Proofing System and the sump pumps. WaterGuard sits just below floor level, low enough to catch ground water, but not so low it picks up dirt. It collects water at the perimeter of the basement and drains it into the sump pump. A special flange sits along to wall to collect water that drips down the wall behind our CleanSpace Wall. Our sump pumps were placed in multiple locations around the basement to ensure all areas were covered. The WaterGuard was recovered with concrete to allow full and complete use of the basement. The homeowner is thrilled with her usable basement!
