Basement Waterproofing in Morrilton

Challenge

This homeowner in Morrilton was concerned about the water in her basement. It seemed to be coming in from the crawl space, so she called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas. Our Design Specialist, Jack, inspected the crawl space and basement. He designed a solution to the water issue in the basement and presented it into the homeowner. She was very excited for our team to get started.

Solution

Zachary and his team began by digging a trench in the crawl space to just below the footer for the Ez Flow Drainage System. This system collects ground water and discharges it into the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which was installed in the lowest corner of the crawl space. The team then jackhammered the floor of the basement to install the WaterGuard Drainage System, sitting just below floor level to take on water from the ground and features a wall flange to allow water from porous concrete walls to drain into it. The team installed CleanSpace Wall to prevent moisture from entering the basement and allow it to run down the wall into WaterGuard. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier pulls moisture out of the air at a rate of up to 100 pints a day. All this moisture is drained into the TripleSafe Sump Pump and is pumped out and away from the home.

The homeowner is thrilled with her cleaner, drier, and healthier crawl space!
