Basement Waterproofing in Hot Springs Village
Challenge
This homeowner in Hot Springs Village had water coming in his basement from his crawl space. Jack, one of our Design Specialist went out to inspect the basement and the crawl space, he found products would be needed in both to keep the basement clean and dry.
Solution
Zachary and his team began by grading and prepping in the crawl space, then digging a trench below the footers around the walls of the crawl space to install Ez Flow to collect water coming in from outside. Ez Flow would drain into the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe was installed in the bsement and took water from Ez Flow and the WaterGuard Drainage System and moved it out and away from the home. WaterGuard, installed along the walls of the basement, just below floor level, allows water to flow down the walls behind CleanSpace Wall, keeping moisture out of the basement. Drainage Matting was installed in the crawl space to direct any ground water towards Ez Flow and to provide a thermal break and vapor barrier.
