Challenge
A Yellville homeowner was having continuing water and moisture problems in his crawl space. The homeowner would get several inches of standing water in a couple of areas of his crawl space which resulted in mold and musty odors in the area.
Solution
The homeowner contacted the experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas Systems. Our System Design Specialist recommended that we install our TripleSafe Sump pump and Cleanspace Liner. The premier sump pump system is the ideal choice because it has three pumps! The first is the initial one to turn on, but if this first pump can't handle the amount of water coming in, then the second pump will assist the first pump and run simultaneously. If the power goes out, then the traditional sump pumps won't let you know but, ours will. The third backed up by a battery pump will turn on and be able to pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge all while, an alarm is notifying you that it is running.
To take care of the moisture in the area, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier. This durable, bright white crawl space liner installed on the walls and floors, preventing water vapor and humidity from passing through. By keeping your crawl space dry, you protect your structure and insulation from mold and rot.
