Solution
When our System Design Specialist arrived at Danny's house, it was determined that he did indeed have mold growing, it was also discovered that he had some water damage due to leakage. Our System Design Specialist developed a plan that would solve all of Danny's needs. He determined that the products to be used would be our SmartSump, IceGuard, SaniDry Sedona, and our CleanSpace liner.
Our SmartSump- is a state of the art pump that is designed just for crawl spaces. The liner and lid are designed to form a tight seal around the CleanSpace liner. The SmartSump has a unique lid design so water from a plumbing leak fills an alarm pocket on the lid first, sounding a WaterWatch alarm. From there, the water flows down a special airtight floor drain that lets water down, but damp air cannot come up into your crawl space. The alarm also alerts you to pump or power failures.
The IceGuard allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a foot of ice and snow, the water can escape, allowing your sump pump to keep your basement dry!
