Challenge

Having a water issue in your crawl space can be devastating, frustrating and unsafe. Bob C realized that he needed professional help with his crawl space, because he has water issues and didn't know how to resolve the issues. Bob decided to call the experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas. 

Solution

The best solution for Bob was to install the SmartSump,  the SaniDry CX dehumidification system, and the CleanSpace wall system. These products together would help keep Bob's Crawl space dry, and also help control the moisture and humidity levels. 

The team then installed a CleanSpace® vapor barrier around the perimeter of the crawl space. This waterproof barrier will keep moisture from seeping through the  walls, which will help control humidity in his crawl space. The team mechanically fastened the vapor barrier to the wall, so it will not fall off, so all moisture coming through the wall will be directed to the draining system and the sump pump.

Part of keeping your crawl space dry involves a sump pump. The state-of-the-art SmartSump is designed for crawl spaces. The liner and lid are designed to form a tight seal around the CleanSpace liner 

Almost finished, the team finally installed a SaniDry™ CX dehumidification system. The SaniDry™ CX is a self-draining system, so Bob will not need to constantly empty it. And, the dehumidification system can be adjusted to the desired humidity level, so it will only be used when it is above the allotted amount.
