Your crew installed some very nice temperature control vent covers. They did a good job, but unfortunately, some of the siding were damaged. I reached out to Chris Smith for some help. He was remarkable. He responded that same day and gave me every assurance that the problem would be resolved. He was true to his word. He communicated his plan to me and put it into effect this week. He replaced all the damaged siding. He did a wonderful job.
I must point out that Chris’ work was delayed because of the weather. In closing, let me say that you have a real pro on your staff and in my opinion, a real asset to your company.
