I completed an online request for a quote and Linda contacted me promptly to set it up.
John Cossey assessed the water problem in our basement/crawlspace and explained thoroughly what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He took his time and made sure all of our questions/concerns were addressed. We received detailed quotes via email the next day.
The installation crew arrived promptly each morning. We were very impressed that they took the time to cover our pool deck with plastic so they would not track any dirt/mud on it, as they walked back and forth across it while they worked. Upon completion, Red went over everything that was done, and made sure we were happy with the work and answered any questions we had.
Cleanup was awesome! The CleanSpace material looked brand new again! All of the dead bugs and stains caused by standing water were gone, and they swept up all dust and debris.
