Serving all of Arkansas, including Little Rock, Fayetteville, El Dorado and nearby
Explanation of services was clear and thorough, as was description of the scope of work.
I expected the scope of work to be completed as detailed in the sales description and sales contract. It was not. There was no leveling after the removal of the insulation and old ground cover. There was no debris removal until approximately 60% of the CrawlSpace had been covered with the brown matting. I had to ask the crew leader to remove the rocks and cement debris before any was removed from the CrawlSpace. On day two I had to ask that foam spray be applied to seal around wiring and conduit holes in the foundation walls. I had been told by the salesman that all locations where the foundation was pierced by wiring or conduit would be sealed. Without my requesting, I doubt it would have been done. The laborers were pleasant and hardworking. I appreciated their efforts. Perhaps closer coordination between what a sales agent says will happen and what the lead installer directs to the crew is in order.
After the job was completed, I was very pleased with how the space looked.
I had two bids. I chose your company, even though your price was considerably more expensive, because your sales agent described and then detailed a scope of work that was more detailed than the competition. (Specifically, the leveling of the crawl space and debris removal and the foam sealing of holes in the foundation wall where wiring or conduit pierced the wall.)
Good customer service and job well done! Very rare these days however you passed with flying...
