Vapor Barrier Installation in Beebe
Challenge
In an older home in Beebe, homeowners were concerned about insulation and moisture in the crawl space. They called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas, and we asked one of our Design Specialists to inspect the crawl space and make some suggestions. The homeowner liked the idea of adding insulation and installing the Drainage Matting, so we scheduled work to begin.
Solution
Daniel and his team began by grading and prepping the crawl space. They removed large rocks and smoothed out the dirt surface of the crawl space. The vents were sealed with SilverGlo Vent Seals, and the walls were lined with our SilverGlo Insulation Panels, making the foundation of the home better insulated. The EverLast Door was custom cut on-site, ensuring a perfect fit. The dimpled Drainage Matting was installed and secured to the walls and floor of the crawl space as a thermal break, making the whole home cleaner and drier, just like the homeowners wanted!
