Jonesboro Crawl Space Moisture Control

Challenge

This homeowner in Jonesboro called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help with her damp crawl space. She was also concerned that it appeared the home had been moved to the current location. Michael went to visit with her and inspect her crawl space. He suggested our dimpled Drainage Matting, the TripleSafe Sump Pump, and our Ez Flow Drainage System.

Solution

Will and his team started by grading and prepping the crawl space. They dug a trench around the wall for the Ez Flow Drainage System, leading to the lowest point in the crawl space, where they dug a hole for and installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The team also installed additional floor joists and the metal hinged and lockable door. They then installed the dimpled Drainage Matting as a thermal break, keeping water below and out of the crawl space.
