Flooded Crawl Space in Little Rock

Challenge

When a tornado tore through Little Rock, these homeowners had an unexpected surprise. A fire hydrant had flooded their crawl space. They were very concerned about mold and foundation shifting, they also wanted to see about getting a moisture barrier. Michael went to visit with the homeowners and inspect the crawl space. Michael suggested a mold treatment with our Mold-X2 and our dimpled Drainage Matting to act as a vapor barrier.

Solution

Will and his team graded and prepped the crawl space, then treated all the organic building material with Mold-X2. Mold-X2 removes mold and deters it from returning. The team then carefully measured and cut the dimpled Drainage Matting. The Drainage Matting acts as a thermal break and works as a vapor barrier.
