Wet Crawl Space Repair in Lonoke

When this homeowner in Lonoke called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas, he wanted the problems in his crawl space corrected once and for all. Curtis went to visit with him and inspect the crawl space. He found a wet crawl space that had contributed to structural support issues in the home. Curtis designed a solution that would keep his crawl space and his home cleaner, drier, and healthier!
Solution
When Daniel and his team arrived on installation day, they began by treating the affected areas with Mold-X to remove and prevent mold growth. They then proceeded with grading and prepping the crawl space. They dug a hole in the lowest part of the crawl space to install the TripleSafe Sump Pump, then they dug a trench along the crawl space walls to just below the footer for the Ez Flow Drainage System. The Ez Flow Drainage System consists of a 3-inch slotted pipe designed to take on water from the ground and drain it into the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump removes water from the crawl space, carrying it out of the crawl space and away from the home. The TripleSafe removes water even when the power goes out, thanks to the UltraSump with battery back-up. Daniel and his team wrapped the piers with Wallie to prevent condensation and sealed the vents with SilverGlo Vent Seals. They installed the CleanSpace Liner to isolate the home from the earth, and replaced beams and floor joists to add structural supports.
