Greenbrier Crawl Space Repair

Challenge

A homeowner in Greenbrier reached out to CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help with some structural issues in his kitchen. John T., one of our Design Specialists, drove out to visit with him and inspect the crawl space. During his inspection, John found the reason for his call. The piers and beams supporting his home were warped and cracking. John suggested our SmartJacks and Metal Beams to support the home and stop the sag in the kitchen floor.

Solution

Zachary and his team secured our SmartJacks and Metal Beams in place to provide the support for the home.  Our metal beams were strategically placed to ensure maximum support for the subfloor, while the SmartJacks were placed along the metal beams to provide adjustable support. The adjustable support allows for settling and moisture issues that could arise.
