Crawl Space Encapsulation in Jacksonville

Challenge

A Jacksonville homeowner called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas tired of dealing with the mold and moisture in his crawl space. Jack, one of our Design Specialist, met with the homeowner and inspected the crawl space. Afterwards, the homeowner decided to fully encapsulate his crawl space with CleanSpace and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

Solution

Zachary and his crew graded and prepped the crawl space, removing debris and evening out the ground to prevent water from pooling in low areas. The team sealed the vents of the crawl space with our SilverGlo Vent Seals and installed the CleanSpace Liner to isolate the home from the earth. They carefully measured the entrance to the crawl space and custom cut the EverLast Door to cover the entry and weather sealed it to prevent moisture from entering. They installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the humidity level below 55%, preventing conditions that allow for mold growth and rot.
