Challenge

Solution

Trey and his team began by grading the crawl space and treating the area with Mold-X2 to eliminate mold growth. They dug a hole in the lowest point of the crawl space to install the SmartSump Sump Pump and the UltraSump Sump Pump with battery back-up. The dug a trench below the footers along the walls of the crawl space for the Ez Flow Drainage System to collect ground water and drain it right into the SmartSump. The piers were wrapped with our 12-mil thick Wallie to prevent condensation, and vents were sealed with our SilverGlo Vent Seals. The dirt floor of the crawl space was lined with our dimpled Drainage Matting, and the CleanSpace Liner was installed above, completely and permanently isolating the home from the earth. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was set up to keep humidity below 55% with the drainage line running directly into the SmartSump Sump Pump. Outside the home, the SmartSump drains the water through IceGuard and releases it through the LawnScape Outlet, discreetly placed away from the home in the lawn.
