Wet Basement Repair in Mammoth Spring

The basement in this Mammoth Spring home was taking on water when it would rain, and the walls were bowing and cracking. The homeowners called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help. Jack, one of our Design Specialists, inspected the basement and found a lot of water and a need for our Basement Waterproofing System.

Solution

Trey and his team began by jackhammering into the basement floor to install the SuperSump Sump Pump and UltraSump Sump Pump with battery back-up. A trench was dug for the TrenchDrain to collect water and drain it into the SuperSump. TrenchDrain is designed to trap water at doorways or steps and prevent it from entering. After installing TrenchDrain and the SuperSump, the team installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the walls and the rim joists. SilverGlo is infused with graphite to increase the r value by 24%, helping you save on energy costs. SmartJacks were installed with beams to provide additional support for the home. The entire home is now cleaner, drier, and healthier, making these homeowners very happy!
