The problems in this home needed a solution, so the owners called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas. Areas of the home had no support at all, and other support structures had been damaged by moisture. The goal was to support the home and prevent moisture from being an issue in the future.

Solution

Jack inspected the crawl space and suggested our SmartJacks and the CleanSpace Encapsulation System with SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. SmartJacks are adjustable supports to provide stability to the home. Where there was no support, our team installed beams and supported those with SmartJacks as well. The dirt floor was prepped and the dimpled Drainage Matting was installed, providing a thermal break. The CleanSpace Liner was secured to the walls and Drainage Matting, isolating the home from the earth.
