Wet Crawl Space in Wooster

Challenge

This Wooster homeowner called CrawlSpace Solutions, he decided he wanted an estimate for a crawl space encapsulation. Our Design Specialist, Craigen, inspected the crawl space and the owner decided to encapsulate the crawl space! 

Solution

Our installation team graded and prepped the crawl space to remove debris, then wrapped the piers with Wallie, a 12-mil thick liner designed to prevent moisture from entering the crawl space through the porous concrete. They sealed the vents with SilverGlo Vent Seals and installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels to help lower energy costs; and the CleanSpace Liner was installed to isolate the home from the earth.
