This homeowner had a vapor barrier in his crawl space, but it had bunched and torn and was not effective to keep moisture out of his crawl space. He called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas. 

Solution

Our Design Specialist, Jack, met with the homeowner and after inspecting the crawl space, he recommended our SmartJacks for support, the CleanSpace Liner to eliminate moisture from the ground, and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep humidity below 60%. Our installation teams installed the SmartJacks, adjustable supports to keep the floors and walls in the home where they are supposed to be. The CleanSpace Liner was installed to isolate the home from the earth and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was put in to keep the humidity level of the air below 60%.
