A homeowner in Benton noticed her floors were sinking in and bowing. Solution
Our Design Specialist, Jack, presented a solution the homeowners that pleased the homeowners. We could add supports and treat the mold, making their home safe again.
Jason and his crew started by treating the mold with MoldX. MoldX is a cleaner that treats mold, removing it from the surface in as little as 20 seconds. The crew sistered floor joists that just needed extra support and added metal beams in weaker areas. These metal beams and sistered floor joists are supported by our SmartJacks. SmartJacks are adjustable supports that allow for settling and raise the floor back up to where it was, making the home more structurally secure.
