Mold Smell in Home in Hot Springs Village

These Hot Springs Village homeowners noticed a strong smell of mold in their home coming from their crawl space. They did not see any standing water, but it was very humid. They called the professionals at CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help.

Our Design Specialist, Craigen, arrived and spoke with the homeowners about their concerns. He did a complete inspection of the crawl space and was able to not only identify the problem, but provided them with a solution designed for their home. They were thrilled with the prospect of resolving this issue and being able to breathe easier.

The crawl space was insulated and protected from the harmful effects of ground water, and because homes are not airtight structures, they also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to remove moisture from the air.
