Solution
Thomas and his crew of professional installers began by removing the insulation from the floor joists and grading the crawl space. The crawl space was treated with Mold-X2 Cleaner and Botanical, killing mold and odors, and moisture damaged floor joists were reinforced throughout. The Drainage Matting was installed to direct ground water, and the EverLast Door and SilverGlo Vent Seals sealed the crawl space from the unconditioned outside air. The 20 mil thick CleanSpace Liner and the Energy Star rated SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier were installed to complete the encapsulation of this crawl space.
