Challenge
This homeowner called in concerned about moisture issues, as well as insulation struggles. She knew that something needed to be done, so she called in one of our system design specialists to help design the perfect solution to her problems!
Solution
Our crews cleaned out all of the old debris and insulation, then graded and prepped the area. Next, they installed our drainage matting under our thick, 20-mil CleanSpace liner. With this space, the crew also needed to re-insulate the area with our SilverGlo wall insulation. They completed the job by installing the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep that relative humidity down to a recommended 55% or lower.
