Challenge
This customer called in concerned with moisture and mold in his crawl space. He had called many companies and couldn't find anyone to come to his remote home to do the work. He called the experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas and our system design specialist, Craigen designed the perfect solution to solve this client's problems.
Solution
Justin and his crew began by spraying our Mold-X treatment, which is a highly effective cleaner for contaminated building surfaces such as wood and masonry. Then, they began laying down out dimpled Drainage Matting over the floor of the crawlspace, which will help control moisture coming up from the dirt floor. Over the top, our 20-mil CleanSpace liner was laid down seamlessly throughout the crawl space and mechanically fastened to the walls.Finally, the crew installed our SaniDry dehumidifying system, which will keep the home below 55% relative humidity, so mold doesn't stand a chance and dust mites die off!
