Full CleanSpace Encapsulation in Bull Shoals, AR

This client called in the experts at Crawl Space Solution of Arkansas, because he was fed up with having moisture in his crawl space. He stated that he needed a professional to come out and take a look at it, so that's exactly what we did! 

Solution

Our system design specialist knew that this home would need a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Our crew got right to work on the removal and disposal of insulation, as well as other debris in the crawl space. Once the crew got the area cleaned, graded, and prepped, they laid down our Drainage Matting underneath our thick 20-mil CleanSpace liner, which helps control humidity and moisture coming up from the ground from getting to the home. Finally, the crew installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to get and keep the relative humidity at or below 55%. 

This space is now clean, dry, and much healthier for the homeowner and the whole family!
