Moisture Struggles in Hot Springs National Park, AR

Challenge

This client called in stating that she had a serious moisture problem, so she wanted a professional from Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to come inspect the area and help resolve her issues.

Solution

The System Design Specialist determined that the best remedy would be a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System. 

Our crew began by removing and disposing of all the debris in the space, then laid down a dimpled Drainage Matting over the floor of the crawlspace, which will help control moisture coming up from the dirt floor. Over the top, our 20-mil CleanSpace liner was laid down seamlessly throughout the crawl space and mechanically fastened to the walls. Finally, the crew installed our SaniDry dehumidifying system, which will keep the home below 55% relative humidity, so mold doesn't stand a chance and dust mites die off!
