Humid Crawl Space in Solgohachia, AR

Challenge

This client called stating that his crawl space was very humid, creating moisture in the area. 

Solution

Our System Design Specialist quickly determined that this home's crawl space needed a full CleanSpace Encapsulation. Our crew began by installing Drainage Matting, which is great for crawl space drainage under our CleanSpace liner on concrete or dirt floors. The CleanSpace liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely. This dramatically reduces the humidity levels in the air, which when combined with sealing outside air and dehumidification, will eliminate mold growth and rot from the crawl space. Next, we sealed off any open vents with vent covers to prevent humid air from getting back into the space. Finally, the crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

The homeowner now has a much drier, cleaner, and healthier crawl space!
