Martha L from Harrisburg, Ar was having some serious issues with her crawl space that was causing floor damage in her house. The amount of moisture that was collected in her crawl space began to grow mold and decay of the beams. Which causes her kitchen floors to begin to sag. Solution

When our system design specialist arrived at Martha house, we needed to develop and implement a plan immediately. We needed to solve her mold issues, prevent it from returning by eliminating moisture from gaining access in the crawlspace and support her sagging floors.

In order to solve Martha problems we would have to use the following products. We had to install our Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Liner, SaniDry Sedona and our Smart Jacks. Our Drainage Matting is great for crawlspaces drainage under cleanspace either on concrete or dirt floors. The Cleanspace liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely and permanently. This dramatically reduces the humidity levels in the air and when combined with sealing outside air and a dehumidification will eliminate mold growth and rot from the crawl space.
