Amber M. from Sheridan, AR was experiencing standing water in her crawl space every time it rained. Amber wasn't sure what to do to get the water out and prevent it from coming in. A close friend to Amber recommended that she calls the experts to fix the problem. Amber called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to get a free inspection!!

Solution

To solve Amber's needs our team developed a plan that would eliminate any unwanted water in her crawlspace. Our System Design Specialist recommended that we install our SmartSump pump, our IceGuard, and our LawnScape Outlet. 

Part of keeping your crawl space dry involves a sump pump. The State-of- the- art SmartSump is designed just for crawl spaces. The liner and lid are designed to form a tight seal around the CleanSpace liner. This is a great way to pump out any unwanted water. When installing the Smart Sump, our production team will find the lowest elevation point in your crawlspace(a point where water will run naturally). Our production team does this to catch all the water. The SmartSump comes equipped with a WaterWatch alarm. Since a crawl space isn't an ideal social hangout location, we install our WaterWatch alarm. This alarm will ring if there are any issues that you should be aware of, such as power failures. Installing our IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet, gives the water different exits points, in case there is a clog with the SmartSump.  Once the clog is cleared, the water will automatically take its normal course

By installing these three products, Amber's crawlspace is now free of any water issues!
