Challenge

Sherry H. needed a basement that was better protected against water and moisture. Sherry called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas, where one of our System Design Specialist  came out to design a solution, based on Sherry's needs. The specialist recommended a more reliable sump pump, a de-humidification system to help control the humidity and moisture in the basement, and a vapor barrier to further control the moisture coming through the basement walls.

Solution

The best solution for Sherry was to install the TripleSafe sump pump system,  the SaniDry de-humidification system, and the CleanSpace wall vapor barrier. These products together would help keep Sherry's basement dry, and also help control the moisture and humidity levels. This will be especially useful if Sherry would like to use her basement in an effective manner.

The crew came out to install all the products that would make Sherry's basement more ideal.  The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a necessary element of a basement waterproofing system- and everything is fine until one of the three problems occur causing a flood- just what you are trying to avoid! The three pump problems are (1) your pump fails (2) your pump can't keep up in a hard, fast rain, (3) the power goes out. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps to give you complete protection! 

Almost finished, the team installed a SaniDry Sedona de-humidification system. The SaniDry Sedona is a self-draining system, so Sherry will not need to constantly empty it. And, the de-humidification system can be adjusted to the desired humidity level, so it will only be used when it is above the allotted amount.

Now, Sherry can enjoy a basement that can be used for it's intended purpose, without worrying about moisture and high humidity, and a basement in which he is protected from heavy rains.
