Our Appointment Center has a meeting once a week with the Office Manager, making sure they are aware of any changes coming from Contractor Nation and ensuring our customers receive the best service in setting up their appointment and assisting with any questions.
Our System Design Specialists all go through our rigorous training program before they are ever sent to a customer's home alone. Once a week they all meet together to train, sometimes new products or procedures from Contractor Nation, and sometimes learning from each other's experiences, but always learning. We want every customer to have the same experience from our Design Specialists, WOW!
Our Production Teams meet every morning to train. Since they are the ones putting the products in your home, it is important they are up to date on all products and procedures, so everyone is installing with the same quality of work, day in and day out. Our Service Technicians meet twice a week for the same reasons!
Members of our Management Team attend all of the meetings to ensure consistency across the board. If we are teaching something in Sales, Production should know what they will be asked to do. It's all part of how we are designed, the ultimate goal is to make our customers say, "WOW!".
